Job Description:

Custom Pallet Builder

Required Skills:

  • Previous construction or woodworking experience is preferred but WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL
  • Must be able to stand the entire shift, lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, and work well with a team & individually
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening

Job Description:

  • Use hand tools, saws, nail guns to assemble pallets and prepare product for shipment
  • Measure and cut accurately
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Ensure all product will reach the customer damage free
  • Other light assembly activities as assigned

Regional Sales Representative

Territory includes MI, IN, OH, PA with opportunities to expand.
Job description:
Account Development (40%) –

  • Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new key accounts.
  • Seek out new accounts and transition cold accounts to active accounts through Lunch & Learns and other networking activities.
  • Actively engage in planned prospecting and networking activities to stay abreast of project / industry developments.
  • Elevate company to customer accepted / preferred vendor status.
  • Oversee customer service through quality checks and other follow-up; identify and resolve customer concerns internally and externally.

Product Sales (30%) –

  • Manage, call on, and sell capital equipment to a list of predetermined key accounts, primarily within the General Industry business segment.
  • Conceptualize and present complete packaged system solutions which typically consist of pedestal mounted manipulators, end of hook manipulators, and torque reaction arms.
  • Achieve & exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
  • Review customer detailed technical project specifications to develop sales strategy. Must have some knowledge of industry standards for torque and material handling.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, detailed pricing, credit terms, and terms and conditions of sale.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Introduce new products and service upgrades.

Field Service (30%) –

  • Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting either by phone or on site.
  • Provide parts information in the form of suggested stocking guides.

  • Provide training for distributors and customers on all relevant features and benefitsof using our products. This may include creating customized courses per thecustomer’s needs (i.e. the use of AdaptiCS.)

  • Provide training on equipment operation.
  • Set-up and monitor testing of new or improved components.
  • Track associated costs, or data from tests to ensure completion.
  • Help develop solutions to local problems.

Personal Accountability (At all times) –

  • Maintain a professional image at all times through personal actions and initiatives.
  • Enhance Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company’s core values.
  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees relevant to this mission.

Experience Requirements-

  • Candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude and good work ethic.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Sales experience not required, Company will train the right applicant.
  • Two year degree in a technical/engineering discipline strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements-

  • This position may require extensive travel.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within territory.
