GCI manipulator arms are fully pneumatic and offer fully variable speed thumb lever lift controls on all machines and balancer lift controls on most machines.  Capacity range from 50 lbs to 650 lbs.

GCI torque arms have standard torque reaction up to 3,000 ft-lbs and are available with multiple tool mounting options.  We also have an encoded SmartARM for critical torque sequence applications.

GCI stackers are available in both articulated and non articulated formats. Stackers offer a higher capacity than standard manipulators as the source of lifting power is either an air hoist or electric hoist.

GCI lift cylinders are used for in line lifting applications where rigidity is required to reach in or handle an off center load. They are lighter weight than stackers and can be used for capacities up to 200 lbs and vertical travels to 48”.

GCI articulating jibs are built with the same precision and leveling characteristics as our manipulator arms and have standard capacities to 1000 lbs with higher custom capacities.

GCI vacuum ends can be used to handle a wide variety of parts, including boxes, panels, cabinets, formed plastic parts and other nonporous or semi-porous surfaces.

GCI grippers are the most flexible tooling type design.  They can be used as an ID gripper for things like roll handling, or as an OD gripper for countless applications.
